I read every message. I can't always reply quickly, but I always do.
What I'd love to hear about
Questions about a specific herb, a cat health situation you're navigating, feedback on something I've written, a recipe that worked for your cat (or didn't) - all of it is welcome here.
If you're asking about a specific health concern, please do also see a vet. I'm happy to talk through natural approaches alongside conventional care, but I can't diagnose anything and I won't pretend I can.

Can you diagnose my cat?
No - and I'd be doing you and your cat a disservice if I tried. I can talk through natural approaches and share what I know, but a diagnosis needs a vet who can actually examine your animal.
Do you accept guest posts?
Occasionally, from writers I trust on subjects they know well. It has to be genuinely useful, not promotional, and written in a voice that fits here. Pitch me honestly.
Where do you source your herbs?
Mostly my own garden, or from growers I've vetted personally. I write about sourcing in my herb guides - it matters enormously for quality and safety.
Can I share your recipes?
Yes, with credit and a link back. Please don't republish full articles, but sharing a recipe with attribution is always welcome.
My cat tried a herb and didn't react well. What now?
Stop immediately and contact your vet. Every cat is different - individual reactions happen even with well-researched herbs. Your vet is the right first call.
Are you affiliated with any brands?
Not currently. If that ever changes, I'll say so clearly and only work with products I actually use. Transparency matters more to me than income.
